01 The imprint

Uplink is the software studio of Noah Abrams, Nashville, Tennessee, United States. Contact: hello@uplink.show.

02 The marks

netmap and Uplink are trademarks of Uplink. The names, the wordmarks and the drawing-set trade dress of these sites and the exported paperwork identify Uplink products. Do not use them to label software Uplink did not build.

03 Agreements

One set of agreements covers the whole Uplink suite, with a per-app schedule for what differs:

EULA · the license you accept in every Uplink app: general terms plus per-app schedules.
Privacy policy · what the apps store and what they never send.
Beta terms · the working rules of the private beta.

These are the canonical copies; netmap.show and the in-app click-through mirror them. Each new app, Haze Limiter next, adds its own schedule as it ships.
